He came out Wednesday and consulted and sold me a pump he had. I tried to do it myself that night and it still did not work. Called him and he was out here Thursday and we found the broken wire and fixed the problem. I assisted him and learned a lot. He gave me a lot of pointers and pointed out a potential problem I will investigate today. If I need a new pressure tank he gave me a great quote. I would highly recommend him to anyone having a well issue.

I had a deep water well replaced. I am not familiar with going rates for this type of service so I didn't score " Value for the money "a 5. I called on a Saturday and they couldn't get the pump I needed that day although John kindly offered to put a pump in until my unit arrived,( I declined) He did keep in touch. We were back in business early Monday after he picked up my new pump and everything is working great and I will be using All hours to do some upgrades as well.John was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
