they came on sunday after Florence and worked in the rain and got everything fixed. Kids happy, daddy happy.

He was promp, polite and took time to explain what he was doing. He also gave me information about what to do if I have other problems.

Made hole in well pipe and just patched it. It failed within 3 weeks. When I had him come back he wanted to charge me another $500 to fix what he broke. When I refused to prepay him he threw a roll of cheap pipe on the ground and drove off. Had to hire another one of your pros to fix

Expensive, but, John did come out right away to evaluate my issue (fluctuating water pressure from the well) and plotted a fix. Work was done on schedule and resolved the issue by replacing pressure tank, filter and rerouting water lines.

My water pump stopped working 6 months after another local company had replaced it. I called that company and they did not have the time to come out that day but could send someone "sometime" the next day. I then checked Home Adviser and contacted John. He said he would be by in 30 minutes and was there in 20 minutes. Checked the water tank under the house among other things. He then dug up the pump in the front yard and found that wires from the previous installation had not been secured properly. He re-wired the pump and had the water back on in 30 minutes. He was personable and knowledgeable about the work he performed. We have other plumbing needs and we will have John back to complete them.

Well pump stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. Got back to me within 15 minutes. He left a family gathering to come evaluate the problem. After investigation, found ants had chewed through wiring insulation at the pump and caused a short. Repaired and secured the wiring quickly. Very happy with the service!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Thought the tank was too expensive, but he had it in his truck and it was convenient. Wish I'd thought a little more before paying that much!

contacted these guys via the HomeAdvisor web site after 10 pm, my well pump was not building pressure..within 10 min someone called me. explained to him my problem. they were willing to come out that night if it was an issue. told them it could wait till the morning. they arrived the next morning a little late, but better late than never, and replaced my pump in no time. over all they did a great job. came with a 5 year warranty on parts and labor...so yep, i'm very satisfied!

John returned my initial contact through Home Advisor within 30 minutes. He arrived 1 hour later and had the job completed in less than 3 hours. He had to replace the well pump and repair some electrical wires. I was very please with his response time and knowledge of the job. I would definitely hire him for any future well or septic needs.
