We are small family owned business that specializes in window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning for both residential and commercial accounts. We opened our doors in 2005 and have been cleaning ever sense. We service most of South Carolina and parts of Georgia.

If the customer is interested, we will set a date and time for us to come out to the property where we would be performing the job. After reviewing what all the customer wants done, we will fill out a job estimate form that will have everything that we will be doing and also the cost for each thing will be listed beside it for the customers convenience, so that they will know what it is they are paying for and how much. The customer will then look over the job estimate form and once the customer agrees to the estimate, they will sign and date the form. We will then discuss with the customer the date when we will start the job. Depending on the job, if it's a big job and will have to have a permit/permits, then we require a deposit for material costs and permits before starting the job. There will be a first half payment and a second half payment that we will discuss with the customer along with the dates of payment. We do have sub-contractors that we use and trust to do a great job on specific work that we need done. On smaller jobs, we do require the full amount due at once. We also make sure that we clean up after ourselves so that all the customer has to do after the job is done, is sit back, relax and enjoy.

"They completed the job and got paid. There is warranty of 10 years on workmanship. The roof developed leak. I kept calling their office. They would say somebody would contact within 24 hours, but nobody did. It kept on going for weeks. I went to their office. Then they gave me the name of the person and his phone number to contact directly. The phone call to the person will go to the answering machine. No action. Their warranty is worthless. Be careful before hiring this company. You may find more trustworthy one around."

We are a small company in the infancy stages of our business. We have built our business through excellent workmanship and amazing customer service. We believe in good communication, and always doing what we say we will do, when we say we will do it, It is our goal, to excede your expectations. We employee 2 career painters and a helper. I do most all of the pressure washing myself and have a helper. We have 2 carpenters who do all of our carpentry, deck building, fence building, gutter repair, gutter installation, roof repair, Door and Window Replacement, Roof Cleaning, Floor Covering Installation and Repairand home improvement projects.
