I can’t complain about the quality of work from this company. Staff was respectful and friendly. The issue I have is that they were very inconsistent my lawn care . When they were hired I made it very clear that I needed a mowing service that could also take care of landscaping needs. As far as landscaping they did keep appointments but for mowing it was a gamble when they would actually show up.. meanwhile I’m growing a jungle in my yard. Then to top things off I finally get a phone call from owner saying they are now “too busy” to continue my mowing service!! In the middle of summer!!!

Rick and his crew are great to work with. They installed a large 3 zone irrigation system in just 2 days. Would recommend.

They are great! I wasn't sure what plants I needed, Rick, the owner was very helpful with my decision making. They promptly completed the first phase of my landscaping and it is beautiful. I am VERY satisfied with the finished product. They will soon begin on phase 2 and I cannot wait to see what they come up with.

I truly am disappointed it didn't work out with Rick Burford and Finish Cut. It started off okay, with a quote of $40 per visit twice a month ($80/month). I have a very small front yard and typical back yard. All I wanted was mowing, shrubs cut periodically and leaf removal. Then Mr. Burford informed me that the shrubs were not included and would be $35 EXTRA! I said I couldn't do that, so he said they would SKIP the back yard if they trimmed shrubs. After that, he seemed reticent to provide good service. This week they didn't show up on the appointed day (Thurs.), and I had to call him. He said it would be the next day (Fri.). They usually came in the a.m. By 3 p.m. they hadn't come Fri. so I had to call him again. He finally said he would call his son and see when they were coming. When he called back over 30 minutes later, he said it would be about 6 p.m. (almost dark). I told him never mind and cancelled the service. I feel as if he was playing me, because he didn't seem to care at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

Go job putting sprinkler system in and other work that was done, never came back to finish the job, kept saying I was on the schedule been schedule for 3 weeks.
