I have used this company several times and got incredibly good service. Doug Coons installed two fans and two lights for me. He actually card about the quality of work which he performed was great.NO complaints. He did a great job and the company is solid!1

I don't usually trust Home Advisor ratings because I'm not sure what goes into them. Now I find myself writing one because of the excellent service I got when I hired Wired to fix a faulty circuit in my home. Tim was a great listener, professional, affable and determined to solve my issue. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a switch in my kitchen that was not working. I was referred to this company through Home Advisor. I told them to fix whatever they needed to, and call me if there were any large costs involved before doing so. They ended up replacing two GFCI switches, so I was quite surprised when I received a bill for $312. I was charged $270 for 1.5 worth of work by 2 electricians, at an hourly rate of $180/hour. I reached out and told them I was surprised at the hourly rate, to which I was told they have some of the cheapest rates around. I told them I would take $50 off the bill and pay the remainder, because I believed $180 an hour to be too much. When I received my final receipt I was essentially called a bi*** IN WRITING. The owner actually wrote on the credit line of the invoice that he had to deduct $50 because **she was being a b**** Very unprofessional in every aspect.

Tim was professional, friendly, amicable and made me feel very comfortable having him and his crew in my home. He was even great with my young daughter who was very curious to know what they were doing. He also researched my specific electrical system and provided some suggestions and answers to my questions. He is now my go-to electrician for my old electrical system.

I thought they did an amazing job. Just disappointed that they were suppose to rewrire my bathroom fan so the light would come on and they did not do it told my husband it would cost more. Having said that all the other work they did was top notch and I would use them again for sure. Very neat.

Excellent experience. Two of their electricians showed up on time and got straight to work. They figured out the problem in short order and fixed the with no issues . When they almost finished , the manager [or owner ] and another electrician came by to ensure all was well. The team did great work, they left no mess , and provided me with a sense of confidence. As they left, I felt that I had been treated fairly by an honest group of people . Upon receiving my bill ,I knew for sure that I had been treated well by honest people. As an aside, I haven't had much luck with contractors here, but this group has helped to restore my fair in home services companies.

They responded right away, were onsite early the next morning, were efficient and friendly. They did a great job. I’d definitely hire them again.
