It's okay. It was expensive. They had good responsiveness and punctuality. I might use them again. Maybe.

Cost was a little more since the square footage was greater then the offer. They were fast, professional, and courteous.

They were okay. That was for 12 or 14 windows. It was not even half of the windows of my house so I got an estimate for the complete house. It was much more than I wanted to pay. It cost over $300 to do a complete house. I have other people who would have done the windows for much lesser money. I had people that used to come in New York and they charged me $120. $300 was way, way much more than I had anticipated. I would use them for something else but not for windows. If you don't mind paying the price and I guess that they're good, I would recommend them.

We have lived at this location for 13 years and have hired at least 5 different companies to power wash this house. None of them can hold a candle to the superior job that Dillon did! He was alone for the job and we were a little concerned about that, but he proved to us he could do an excellent job without any help. The house is now the cleanest it's ever been and we don't have any more blacks streaks running down the front of the gutters. We have paid others to clean the gutters but no one has ever been able to remove the black streaks. We even had one section that was completely black and now it is completely white! Dillion is very personable, polite, and competent. But here's the real kicker! When he was done, he asked me if I would walk around the house with him to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Who ever heard of such a thing! Not us! As we walked around the house, he was the one that saw a few small areas that he missed and he immediately re-cleaned those areas! We can't say enough good things about this Company and Dillon, and we will use them again when needed and recommend them to our friends and neighbors! This company just opened last October in Myrtle Beach and my wife and I are sure they will be extremely successful ! Ralph Gardner

Thomas Washer, the owner of the company came out and did an on-site estimate. He was right on time - professional and friendly. He came on 9/4/15 and the job was scheduled for 9/9/15. Tom called the day before to let me know which of his employees would be coming out to do the job and what time I could expect them. Promptly at the appointed time Matt B. and Dylan arrived. These two young men are a definite asset to Window Genie. They asked to be walked through the job - explained the order they would be doing things and set to work immediately. They were fantastic! They worked efficiently and did a tremendous job! It is very rare these days to find young men with their work ethic and pleasant - professional personalities. This was a sale offered on Angies's list to clean the gutters for $99 instead of the usual $199. I bought the deal on Thursday. The estimator came out the following day (8/28) and the workers came on Saturday 8/29 to clean the gutters I could not have asked for a quicker response. The two young men that came were very friendly and professional and cleaned the gutters of all the dirt sticks and plants that were in the gutters. They did I complete job of cleaning the deck and yard which were under the gutters They did a wonderful job and I would have them anytime to do this and other work.

We purchased an offer through Angie's List for power washing the house. I was contacted by Tom (owner) and he came over to look at the house. While here, we asked about adding on the driveway, walkway and patio. He stated that they could do the work the next day and that was great for us. We received a phone call the next day from Matt and Dylan (staff) the next day stating what time they would be there and they were very prompt. The whole job took two hours and the place looked great. We would definitely use Window Genie again, they were clean, prompt and courteous. Thanks Window Genie.

I called Window Genie to ask if they were able to power wash a stamped concrete surface and was told that was something they were able to do. I requested that someone stop by and give me an estimate. Tom phoned me back a short time later and scheduled a window of time he could be here the next day. Tom came by the next day and arrived within the window of time he told me he would be there. He even called to notify me that he was on his way. Tom was very courteous, friendly and professional. He measured the area that I needed to have cleaned and gave me a written estimate of the costs involved. He even passed along a nice discount for being an Angie's List member. He scheduled a time and date to have the work done that was convenient with me. Tom called me the morning of the appointment and notified me that Matt and Dylan were on their way. They arrived a short time later, rang the doorbell and introduced themselves. They were both well dressed in their Window Genie uniforms and were very pleasant and courteous. They proceeded to the task at hand and completed the job in a very timely manner. They did an excellent job and my wife and I were very pleased with their work. We would not hesitate to call Window Genie again to have them perform any of the services that they offer.

I used this service through a local newspaper dealsaver. They returned calls promptly, came to inspect how many windows and give me an estimate. We scheduled the appt for the next week. Two young men showed up - on time - and worked very h****** a hot, humid day. They did an excellent job!

The cleaning of our gutters was done very well and in a short amount of time. Our gutters were really clogged, having not been cleaned in a couple of years. The gunk was removed and the patio area debris was removed as well. They did a great job and I intend to have them care for our gutters in the future.

The first time they were scheduled to clean the gutters but we had to reschedule due to weather conditions. The gutters were done a month ago by Sam. He did a great job and cleaned up all the debris leaving our house as he found it. Today Jay and Dillon cleaned our windows inside and out on the house. They did a great job. They were punctual, polite, accommodating and worked well together. No one was using their phones. They just worked. They usually clean the windows from the outside but we had a problem with our screens so they had to do everything from the inside.They were very careful not to damage anything and left our house very clean. Although this is a new and growing company, they are doing a great job. The owner Tom even stopped by the check and make sure we were happy with the work they performed. Something you don't see too much nowadays. It was a welcome change. I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again.

I purchased Window Genie's pressure washing deal from Angie's List. The owner promptly emailed me about my deal. I called to arrange a time to come out (we also asked for an estimate for some additional work). The next day, the owner called me because a space had opened up, and he could fit in our house before the scheduled date. The guys came out while my husband and I were at work (very convenient for us), pressure washed our home, and made it look like a brand new house. We were very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend this company for their professional work, their quick and friendly communication, and overall great job.

The only thing I can say is WORST Company I've ever dealt with.

They arrived promptly at 8:30 am as scheduled. Two very polite young men introduced themselves and proceeded to start working right away. They cleaned out the gunk in the gutters, washed them down and flushed them thoroughly and then picked up all of the debris on the ground from the gutters. They bagged it all and put it out with the trash. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

This company met and exceeded my expectations. They were prompt professional and very polite. Started with 2 technicians cleaning the interior windows then moved on to the exterior where later 3 technicians joined them. They worked for 6 hours and the owner came out toward the end to make sure everything was done to his standards. They even went above and beyond their scope of work to help my husband carry some heavy furniture to the garage. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again.
