Tom returned my call promptly. He looked a the problem and determined I did not need gutters cleaned. He make suggestions about my gutter situation although he doesn't install, he gave me some excellent ideas. I got an estimate about cleaning my windows which was reasonable and which we will probably use in the near future. Highly recommended.

It was a gift for my dad and he was really happy with how clean the house became.

I called for a quote and my phone message was quickly returned. I was given a quote of $45.00 if I could wait until they were in my subdivision, which they provide services to frequently. Joe and Jacob showed up a week later and did a great job.

The response time was almost immediate. Mr. Washer contacted me within an hour of my request. After surveying the property, services were scheduled within 24 hours.. Jacob and Brian were punctual, professional and very thorough. They explained everything before and after. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful! I purchased the deal from Angie's List. The owner came out and went over what I wanted. The two workers arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They did exactly what I requested. They were friendly and polite.

They exceeded my expectations, especially the roof cleaning. I was asked by the home inspector when I was selling the house this month if I had a new roof installed.

We purchased a special window cleaning from Angie's list to clean all windows in our home. The two men from Window Genie were very polite and friendly and did a wonderful job. We would certainly use this company again for future services.

The contact person was very personable and upfront about what would be done. The men arrived on time and went over the house twice, inquiring about specifics, and following through.

Matt showed up the first day and did the inside windows. He was very neat and professional. The next day two other young men showed up and did the outside. They did a good job too.

Joe and Jon were extremely efficient and really nice. I will absolutely use them again. They were very careful when moving furniture and great care with the blinds. I will use them again and with other projects as well.

They did OK. Some of the gutter debris ended up being splashed on the porch. I ended up having to go out and hose it down. Otherwise, they got all of the gunk out of the gutters, that's what I paid them to do. I paid them to do a job and that created a job for me. The price was through Angie's List and they normally charge $200 which, I think is way too high. I think the price was fine.

Arrived in time frame,I was taking my dog for a walk and they called me when they arrived. I told them to start and I'd be home in 10 minutes. Jon and Landon were very professional and courteous. They also did a great job everywhere that I asked them to wash.The reason it was $199 was I was told by the owner Tom when he gave the estimate that everything but the house washing is extra. I also had asked him to do the walks and driveway but he was very honest and told me that the concrete was too new and had to be cured for a while longer. They walked around the house with me when we were done to see if everything was ok. It was!!

The team was prompt, thorough, extremely detailed in their window cleaning (the windows NEVER looked so good), and did a wonderful job on the window film installation. I think they put on too big a show.They wasted time which cost me money. They came out and spent about an hour going out and looking around. They just wasted the time. It was only a very straightforward job. The quality was fine. They did a good job. Their responsiveness was okay. It was good. They worked only on a schedule. They were competent. They did a good job.

They showed up on time and worked very hard until finished. extremely polite and also professional in the work they did. this may seem like a lot of money but our roof is big, steep and old. We also have many and large windows and a circular driveway. Given all that they did, this was a very reasonable price. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased and highly recommend them.

The owner, Tom, came to give me an estimate about 5 days before the work was scheduled. The morning the crew was to arrive, Tom called to confirm that they would be arriving within the hour, which they did. The two-man crew introduced themselves and told me how they would proceed with the job. They did exactly as they described and did a fantastic job. . .just as advertised, no streaks, just crystal clear windows, inside and out.
