Window Genie of Myrtle Beach

The two that did the work did a great job and were very polite and professional. They pretreated areas stained from well water and we were pleasantly surprised how clean those areas came. They also were very careful not to over pressure around windows and doors. We definitely plan on using Window Genie again.

Was to be on Friday , was there early in week . Told them was to be Friday.. they said ok will be here Friday 9 am. Didn't show so I called said he ment to say following Friday . So that Friday arrived not at nine but called at nine said they were on there way.

There was confusing about when the work was to be done but the cleaning of the gutters went very professionally.

Great job, cleaned 30+ windows in and out, pressure washed driveway all in under 3 hours. Did a great job, cleaned up after himself as he went. Very personable worker. I would definitely use Window Genie of Myrtle Beach again.!

very well but they did break one of my sprinkler heads and they showed me how I could glue it back. Cracked it when their ladder hit it...no offer to pay for it. Did not like that.

It was very good, we have used them for maybe 6-7 years. They come when they say will, clean up after themselves and clean the window pane and everything.

Very pleased, we had a situation with hard water spots. They came back to inspect the problem and agreed to correct the hard water spots for a nominal price. Great response and customer service.

Everything was okay, the deal they posted and what they charge me that was two different things which ultimately led to me believing Angieslist cause as happen too many times. It was suppose to be for two thousand square foot home which I had and then they guy proceeded to tell me that the garage counted as a living space so he charge me more. They did a pretty good job. I'm done with them, I'm done with Angieslist, I'm just moving on.

What a difference! I can't reach these windows and they were pretty nasty. It wasn't a huge job, but Anthony and Barry ( and Tom, who I believe owns the franchise ) treated me the same as they would someone who had a hundred windows. Would hire them again in a minute. In fact, I cannot understand why I didn't do it sooner.

Anthony and Chris did a great job cleaning all of my windows, inside and out . They were prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend Window Genie.
