Description of Work: When I spoke with an office personnel I had asked for more detail on this "deal" My concern was that I had certain needs. I was then called by the serviceman who would perform this service. Spoke to him regarding my issues and concerns. I felt that it was not easy to explain my needs and that my date request did not seem to be a concern for this company. It was not completed on the day I had asked for, however it was done prior to the date. I would have liked to be present.

Description of Work: Cleaned 18 windows including five skylights and oversized living room window and patio door. Also cleaned gutters. Work was done on time by professional work crew and we were happy with the results.

Description of Work: Upon our first call the owner promptly came to our home to give us an estimate. Even though our house was a bit larger than the square footage noted in the Angie's List deal, he quoted the Angie's list price. Before the scheduled appointment, a new deal appeared in our local paper at a price $60 lower than the Angie's List deal. We called to see if they would honor the lower price. Because the discount was so deep, they were holding to the square footage quoted in the deal but did drop the price by $35 which we thought was fair. They did not show up on the original date scheduled--there appeared to be a communication issue. They re-scheduled and did show up but about 45 minutes later than the quoted "window" for the appointment. This was not really an issue for us as they were working outside. There were some particularly difficult stains on the chimney but they successfully removed them. We then had them do pressure washing on our commercial building and they did a good job on that building. I would definitely use Window Genie again and recommend them to others!
