+ -1 moreThe staff was extremely responsive, followed-up on all phone calls in a timely manner, came by the next day to provide an on-site quote, and delivered the services a couple days later. The team who provided the services was mannerly, professional, and did an outstanding job. They worked hard without a break (no bathroom OR lunch break) and pointed out areas that could not be reached or that would not come clean for some reason. Their work looks great and the place really shines! Would definitely use this company again in the future!

+ -1 moreMy husband realized that this job was more complicated than originally estimated by the rep, so he told the people who did the work that we would prepare interiors more equitably next time. He also signed a contract with Window Genie for additional visits.
Description of Work: We have a 2 story house and the entire back of the first floor is windows. 10 @ 36X72 and about 20 of various sized. We have a lot of windows. Window Genie did them all much better than we have ever experiences and we have lived in this house since 1976.

The were very well mannered and listened to what we had to say. They were very neat in their work. They do discount items the more you have them do. I had no problem scheduling the service.
Description of Work: We have used Tom to clean our driveway and power wash the siding of the house.They also cleaned the gutters.
