This company did my dryer vent first and then I had them come and do my windows inside and out. They also cleaned my pool area pavers. Very friendly owner and staff. I've used them two years in a row.

Tom came out to the house to quote us on gutter cleaning, and window and screen washing. We thought his quote was extremely reasonable. Joe and Brian came out today and were right on time. I was impressed that I received a call from Tom's office when the crew was heading out. Joe and Brian were friendly, professional and courteous, and did a great job. We will definitely have them back again. Thanks Tom, Joe and Brian.

Tom, the owner, came to see our home. He was punctual, polite, patient and very knowledgeable. He explained the process and we discussed possible quarterly and yearly plans. His estimates were very reasonable. We have Pella windows and some expertise is needed in cleaning them properly. Tom was fully aware of this and explained how WG would handle them. Tom called the next day and set an appointment for the following week. On the morning of the appointment, Tom called and confirmed that his team will be there . Matt and Jacob came at the confirmed time. They called 15 minutes ahead of time and told us they were on their way. Matt and Jacob spent a few minutes discussing the logistics of the job and answering any questions we had. They were friendly and enthusiastic. They got right to it. They followed their plan and were quick, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the result. Windows looked great, any cleanup or moving back of furniture was done and the team asked if there was anything else they could do. I am sure that we will continue to have Window Genie back and that we will recommend them to anyone who asks us.

The work was done in a very efficient and professional manner. After installation, you could not tell that anyone had been in the house as their clean up was perfect, The pricing was very fair and Tom did a great job of explaining the differances among the various types of film available. A very pleasant experience and I would unquestionable use Window Genie again.

Would have rated 5 stars for quality-- but when they cleaned the gutters they left a lot of the overflow debris on the generator and platforms. Great guys to work with !!

Great workers, great price, great company

Tom Washer arrived right away and provided a quote for inside and outside window cleaning, screen cleaning, pressure washing of patio area, leaf removal from roof and gutter covers, and house washing. This personable young man and his similar coworker arrived at the appointed time and put in major effort to complete the work in a professional manner. Tom even trimmed a limb hanging close to the roof. They had to stop work due to a thunderstorm and came back bright and early the next morning to finish up the outside windows and screens. We will definitely call them again.

Phillip called me quickly, quoted what I believed was a fair price, showed up when he said he would and did a terrific job! I would feel confident referring him to anyone.
