Richard c and Zach c did a great job installing the window and patio door. Good finishing work on the outside and in. Noticed a problem with the built in blind and Richard addresses it with the company to be replaced.

Starting from the first contact with Kyle great customer service than you have Julie from customer service she preform miracles on get the job done faster. Then you have Derek and Rick who came out to install the shower did a fantastic job shower looks amazing also has really great customer service. Then with a change order we have Aaron that came out to install the bench very professional guy great work. I would recommend west shores to my friends and family. And would hire them to do other home improvements on my home. Great product Thank you the mannings
