True Blue has replaced several iPad screens for us and we get reliable service every time. The folks are friendly and easy to work with (not always the case with computer techies). On other occasions we have purchased some video cards and done some more difficult work together which they handled very well also. Good folks, good service, definitely on my list to use again.

They were very helpful and professional. They were really good but they were a little expensive. They know what they're doing and they fixed the problem.

I chose True Blue Computers based on customer feedback online. No waiting for appointment. The staff was helpful and friendly on phone and in person. The new laptopvirus check was done while I waited. The old laptop took a couple of days, because it was discovered that the hard drive was failing. The new hard drive fixed performance problems and a newer version of audio drivers handled the scratchy audio. The last I had heard from the owner was that the estimate was $129 and the $199 bill was a surprise. I do have hearing problems, so it is possible that I heard it wrong. Also, a new hard drive added new installments that were not part of the original estimate. I highly recommend them.

It was very well. I was very pleased with him. He worked around my schedule to schedule the appointment. He explained all the charges to me before I made my decision. They do come to your house which is a nice thing since not everyone does that.
