Tracy Norman's concrete exceeded our expectations, above and beyond what we thought we'd receive from a contractor. Their professionalism began with customer service during a week of phone tag to set up a quote. Kathy called me daily and finally after committing to a date, they removed the existing asphalt in 2 days, and in 3 days I have a beautiful concrete driveway. They even supplied the caution tape and markers to keep cars off for the next 10 days. When you read reviews of watching the entire (hardworking) family demolishing and pouring together, it doesn't quite compare to the real thing. They are amazing!!! 100% I hope to use them again when we are ready for a patio.

We got shafted by another contractor, after he ripped my wheelchair ramp apart. We called Tracy Norman Concrete and explained all of that to them. My chair was literally confined to our front porch! They came in and jumped right on it for us!!! They brought the skid steer and did all the grading and forms in one day and poured our beautiful ramp, sidewalks, patio, and driveway on the second day. So kind and friendly and paid the closest attention to every detail. We simply canâ t say enough nice things about their work, caring assistance, and extremely professional attitude. Not one single time did anyone even raise their voice or give orders! Everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it! We now have our freedom and independence back! We were truly in a state of despair until Mr Norman came along. There are still good people out there it just took us a little longer to find one! Highest recommendations! 100%

I tried to find a concrete contractor for 3 months to install a parking pad extension off of my driveway. I called 3 different contractors, left messages and never received a response or return call. However when I reached out to Tracey Norman Concrete, they returned my voicemail the next day and came by late in the afternoon to review what I wanted to do and give me an estimate. I was pleased with the value of his price and enlisted him to do the work on the spot. He scheduled me for his next opening and kept me informed when the appointment time approached. On the day we were to break ground, inclement weather set in and we had to delay the start till it cleared. He kept me informed and up to speed on proceeding once the weather cleared and he and his team showed up on time and completed the project quickly and in a timely fashion. They were polite, professional and their workmanship was outstanding. They gave me clear directions for landscaping around the parking pad, cleaned up the workspace, and did a phenomenal job. Tracy Norman Concrete is a family business and brings those values and character to their dealings with the customer. A number of my neighbors have inquired about my contractor and are contacting him with their needs and projects. I not only strongly recommend Tracey Norman Concrete, but Iâ m keeping him in my contact list for any future projects or needs that may arise.
