If you need any home repairs or renovations, I strongly recommend them. They just completed a major renovation on my home. They did a fabulous job. I am so pleased with how it all turned out. Top Homes Construction is the best company I've ever used for home renovations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available. Alex Jr was fantastic. He was extremely attentive and always immediately available to answer all my questions. The company was transparent and upfront about the total cost. There were no hidden fees or upcharges. Moreover, I received four quotes from four different contractors and these guys beat all their prices for the same services with equivalent, if not better, materials. The quality of the work was outstanding. Top-notch!

We are very happy with the final project. It turned out as discussed. This was a very difficult project because of the many construction phases and that the new work had to blend in with the existing structure. It was important that when finished the old and the new had to look like it was all completed at the same time. Alex coordinated the project to ensure the work was all completed as discussed.

(Work was done on 2 separate condos. The first was extensive shower remodel along w sink updates. The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. I've already recommended them to our realtor.

Top Homes was awesome. They worked hard to add a covered porch to our back patio. They also completed electrical work to install a fan. Alex and his crew were wonderful to work with.
