Excellent, they arrived on time, cleaned the carpets, left 45 minutes later and I had clean carpets.

They where very punctual, and did a reasonable job. They moved no heavy furniture pieces, which I expected, but they also did not move light items such as the coffee table and dinning room chairs, which I did expect. When they left the carpet was very wet, but again reasonably clean.

We called this service provider based on an on-going tile cleaning special that is shown in their online yellow page ad. Told them that we were within the sq footage, but had some area carpets that need steam cleaned atop the tile. They agreed to quote on-site. The workmen called before coming, arrived on time, quoted same price for carpets and tile as tile alone, did an excellent job, and called to say when they were leaving that they would return and redo at no additional charge if we ere not satisfied with the results. Our floors look great. We are very please with the quality of the service.

The experience was very good. The team was very professional, informative, and they cleaned everything. There was no mess and didn't leave any supplies behind. They even swept the floors. They were at my home cleaning for several hours. Thuro Clean was very prompt and professional. They also provide a warranty for their services. I would strongly recommend this company!

The company called the AM of the appointment and confirmed. The two young men arrived on time, were dress professionally and got right to work. They cleaned carpets in 3 bedroom including the closets. The 4th room was the den. We decided at the last minute that we would have them do the tile and grout. They only did the tile in the small laundry and the kitchen and charged the full $99.00. That was a bit less surface than I expected but most likely worth it to have it all done at the same appointment. They were cautious of the newly varnished floor. They did not mention about not being able to get some stains up but the difference in the carpet was remarkable. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was impressed with how fast Thuro Clean was able to come out. I called them on Monday and they were able to accommodate my schedule and came out on Wednesday. They were on time and called when they were on their way. The area they cleaned came out very well but I am very disappointed that they didn't move my furniture. I can completely understand not moving large pieces such as my entertainment center but I cannot understand why they didn't clean under the couch, chair, and coffee table. I have someone come in on a regular basis to clean my carpets and the always clean under those items. I feel like the price I paid was too much for the area they cleaned. I won't use them again because they didn't do the complete job.
