 + -1 moreI had called The Pest Force in November of 2015 to eradicate a german roach infestation. They signed me up for a quarterly treatment along with a service for german roaches, this cost nearly $300. The German Roaches were supposed to be under a guarantee to be rid of with two payments. The Pest Force came back approximately every two weeks or less until the beginning of April of 2016 with no success. After missing many days of work to assist them into my home for all of these months, The owner came out to tell me that I would be charged again for any further visits for something that was supposed to be guaranteed. Last I checked thats not how a guarantee works. Not being able to afford to miss any more work I was not able to continue with this business, nor did I feel I owed them any more money. If they had known what they were doing they would have treated with everything they had rather than wasting my time with ONLY putting out bait one visit and spraying the next. I STILL HAVE GERMAN ROACHES TODAY!!!!!!!

Description of Work: I contacted Pest Force owner Matt McLaughlin after my next door neighbor had a termite infestation inside her home and that concerned me. A business owner and neighborhood friend recommended Pest Force as being very professional. Termite treatment is not cheap and is a separate procedure from the more inexpensive household bug control. It seems as if there are two accepted ways to treat termites. Chemical treatment around the perimeter of the house and termite traps (spikes) placed at intervals around the house. Pest Force used chemical treatment around the entire perimeter of my home which was sprayed into a small trench dug around the foundation. Pest Force also drilled holes into any area where the soil did not meet the foundation, (patio & driveway) and injected the termite solution into the holes. They also installed access ports inside my home wherever a bathtub drain was located and sprayed solution in those areas as they informed me this is a prime area for termites to enter the home.This entire process was completed promptly and neatly. They also provided a Termite Protection Agreement which covers yearly inspections and termite home damage protection for $115 per year. I did plenty of homework on this before having a professional do the job. I had every intention of doing the job myself with termite solutions found in the home improvement stores. Take my advice, read the (very) fine print on all these products. All of them have disclaimers indicating they are NOT to be used as primary termite control and guarantee nothing. The termite solutions used by professional exterminators are not available in Home stores. The bottom line is sometime you have to pay the piper and have the job done right,I believe Pest Force gave me peace of mind, which is priceless.
