Service was performed on a Saturday by a master plumber and one of the owners of the company. Although he arrived very late in the day (other jobs and Myrtle Beach summer traffic) he kept me updated on his progress and arrival time. When he was unsuccessful using a hand auger (about 25') he informed me that he would have to go through the roof vent (an extra $100) or install an outside trap ($700). The sink was finally unclogged only after I insisted that he try his 100 ft power snake. Although they advertise no extra charge for weekends his charge of $216. was way out of line for the same service provided by other area plumbers ($145). He did honer the $10 Angie's List discount.

[Member Name Removed], I explained to you why I didn't want to use my 100' power snake. The drain being on the back underneath cabinet wall, approximately 5' away, from where the machine needed to sit would make using the power snake unsafe. I explained to you that I would not have allowed one of our techinicians to use power snake, but I wanted to get your drain functioning because you had guest and you were leaving town and did not want them to be inconvenienced. I provided you upfront pricing and you agreed to the price. The roof access and cleanout installation were options, and you declined. I also provided you with option of jetting this line because of your reoccurring issue with this drain. I am a man of my word and would have explained further if you needed further explanation. We strive to make sure every customers experience with us is one of upmost priorities. I welcome the opportunity to further service your needs, even though you said you would never hire us again. We would like to finally say, thank you for opportunity to serve youe plumbing needs
