+ -1 moreThey are wonderful and we like them very much. They turned the job around in 20 minutes. They were very good and did not overprice us. They took care of the problem at hand and diagnosed the problem for free. This company also did not try to upsell us on any additional work. Their pricing was better than anyone else we called so I recommend them.
Description of Work: I used The Cheap Geek to take care of a problem with my husband's PC.

Description of Work: I took my laptop in because I was having problems with my screen. First, laptops are expensive and mine was in perfect condition as far as apperance. They only kept it overnight and said they couldn't find a problem and charged me 28.00 to check it. I don't have a problem with that, but as soon as I got home and turned it on, it shut down again. I can take it to someone else, but I was very upset to find one large scratch across the lid and several small ones. This was a beautiful laptop that I took excellent care of not to scratch or damage. I called them to say the laptop was scratched and my computer still didn't work and no one called me back. I wish I had gone with my instinct when I first walked in the place.
