Not as needed or expected!
Description of Work: We have had Terminix in Georgetown, SC spraying our coastal property for several years and knew our representative on a first name basis, but he is no longer there and service declined. I called two weeks in advance to have our mosquito service done for a party and a house full of guests before the July 4th weekend. Our guests were eaten alive and I could not understand what had happened until the Terminix representative showed up after the weekend to spray. They simply disregarded my request to spray before the weekend even though I called it in with plenty of time to schedule the work. I have hired another company to take over all the work they have done for us. How can we work with someone who disregards our request when we are a loyal customer. Very disappointed.

They did a great job. I am very happy with them and I ended up going with their contract for future inspections. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They treated my house for termites. Reid and Eric were the technicians who came out.

The technician told me there was only one thing he could do - plug the holes,, but then they'd just drill more. I couldn't believe the bees would just destroy my wood trim and there was nothing that could be done. After researching, i know there are various sprays, and insectical dust that are used to kill the bees. Strange that Terminix hasn't heard of any of that.
Description of Work: I messaged them i needed an exterminator for carpenter bees and they called me the next morning..

Smoothly.
Description of Work: Recently purchased a house with Terminix Centricon bait stations already installed. After having another company say that they would not be able to treat our house for termites, we decided to stay with Terminix. The manager who came to our house was polite and professional. He sent another technician to the house to check the bait system and he checked each one and even replaced a few. Very happy so far.............

Their service is fantastic. They are well worth our while to have them. I have never had any problems with their service.

they were extremely polite and punctual and treated the ENTIRE unit. technician was here almost an hour. was observant and respectful of the fact we have 3 cats. pointed out several possible points of entry which we took care of and have not had any problems since. they are now our pest control service. informed HOA the service they use is not welcome in my home.
Description of Work: Had an issue with palmetto bugs and spiders. the condo development we live in has it's own pest control service that isn't worth dick. the guy was in and out in less than 5 minutes and we have a two story unit. when we called them to return for a pest problem we were told they were only contracted for every 90 days. I told them they were no longer needed and immediately called terminix.

They are thorough. When they come in the house, they are careful about keeping everything neat and clean. They are efficient outside of the house doing all the treatments and they do come back every time I call them if I have a problem without any additional charges. I would use them in the future; I have been using them for years.

The guy who did the work was fantastic. His name is Mike Connors.
Description of Work: They were here for a quarterly treatment and inspection of the residence. They treated whatever they may find. They treat for both remedy and preventative. On occasion, we’ve had ants get into the house; they will be here however many times it is necessary to correct the situation.

Everything is fine with Terminix except that I had a problem with spiders and the problem with them never improved. I then went and bought a pesticide that I bought locally and I had better results than Terminix did.

We have a yearly contract with them. They are competent. They do a good job and always come back to re do the job if we have a problem. The place where we live is very marshy and so we always have pests, but Terminix always does a good job with them. I would use their services in the future also.
