+ -1 moreWere told by the estimator that the job could be done in a week to ten days. The job was not completed until 5 weeks after we hired them. Another issue is that they never communicated with us about the delays and we always had to call and follow up. The work however was done very well and the windows are great. The installers were polite and professional and did a good job. Delays aren't always avoidable but if that happens communication is critical.
Description of Work: Replaced the glass in 3 double pane windows that lost their seal and a decorative brow window that lost it's seal and was cracked.
