Task Force Maintenance

At first impression Chris, the owner seemed very nice and knowledgable of the work discussed. However the work delivered by his company is not his claimed "top quality finishing". I have several spots in my home that have paint on ceilings, floor, tape marks that ripped the finish on my hardwood floors, unpainted areas, paint on fixtures, and sloppy painted trim work. On top of that, our final bill had over $1,000 extra charges. There was some work discussed with Chris that he upfront said the additional cost, however there were additional charges for work discussed and he did not ever state that thered be extra charges for. We even pointed out mistakes, several..to his wife Rebecca who tried to say she didnt see what I was talking about (with the cut paint hitting the ceiling in several areas) but did send painters again to do areas that clearly didnt have 2 coats of paint on them. They sent a worker a 3rd time to fix mistakes and They were very annoyed at our request. If it were done right the first time there wouldve been no complaints or having to keep sending painters to fix their work. They did not touch my ruined ceilings. We are left with that. They are dishonest and do not deliver top quality work. Chris told us if we didnt pay the full charges he would put a lein on our new home that we just moved to, nice welcome right? He also said hed take us to court and demand we also pay his fees for it, ha. The one area of our home I had no complaint of is where 1 hard worker did all the work herself and was great. The problem is there are many workers in and all over the place, resulting in them losing track of what was painted with what and which still needs coats ect. We tried to discuss all of this with Chris and he was extremely rude, did not offer to fix the work himself, and demanded that we pay him in full. We are left with touch up work, ruined floors, and having to now paint all the ceilings to cover up the color paint from their work. I have several photos of all of the low quality work and damages left to our home and will make sure I let people know how you will be treated by this company.

Fantastic! Chris arrived on time and gave us a detailed, thorough estimate for painting our whole condo, trim & doors as well. We are part-timers so I mailed Chris a key. He called daily with updates and sent pictures of the progress. The job took 4-5 days. When they were finished, Chris sent me several videos of the condo. They put everything back just as it was- the place looks beautiful!

They did an Excellent job, Beverly detailed oriented. I would hire them again when I need them.

Chris was great to work with. He thoroughly explained everything to me. Rebecca (project manager), Sarah (team leader) and all the painters were very nice and did a great job with minimal interruption to my life. Highly recommend them.

We had our ceilings, trim, and a bathroom repainted. They were able to get the job scheduled fast and completed faster than expected. They did a great job.
