+ 0 morePrice charged was more than quoted. When I called for service months later was told they could not service me. I think it was because of my complaint about them overcharging me for install.

+ 1 moreGreat for the irrigation system...not so great for the landscape maintenance.
Description of Work: Apply chemicals and maintain lawn and plants. Stated that weeds would be removed from flower beds and grass would be cut every two weeks. After almost a year, the lawn was nearly dead. I have found someone else to do the lawns and they are looking better already. I don't think every two weeks was sufficient for this area. I also think the insect control has to be monitored monthly...not 4 times a year. Nice people, but would not use them for landscape maintenance. They did do a great job putting in the irrigation system and the prices were fair.

+ -1 moreWe have had few issues. They seem like they are anxious to correct them, so we will see what happens. They are now getting on board and doing what they are supposed to do. I think they are probably OK. They respond to issues right away. I would use this provider again.

+ -1 moreWas originally quoted $1700 (assuming 5 zones), to have to have the lawn irrigation system installed. The price was qouted as a "winter discount". Normal price would have been $2,000 for 5 zones. Was told if only 4 zones were required it would cost $400 less ($1300). Gave down payment of $850. When work was completed only 4 zones were installed, but instead of being billed an additional $450, I was billed $700 (total $1550). They claim they could not reduce the price by the $400 (claims he never said it). However, even if you take the original quote of $1700 and divide that by 5, it breaks down to $340 per zone. Since I only had 4 zones installed the most it should have cost was a total of $1360, not $1550. If he could do 5 zones at $360 per zone, why not 4 zones at $360 per zone? So, if you get a price make sure you firm it up with them in writing (and be sure he informs his wife of the correct price quoted), since she follow up on the billing, and I had some heated discussions with her about the price difference. I might consider using them again because I was pleased with the work, but I will be sure that the price they quote is the price I will pay.

Description of Work: We purchased a new home and were unable to move in for a few weeks. We needed an irrigation system to keep the landscaping from dying, and a mowing service. Our builder recommended Streamline and we were VERY pleased with the response. They began caring for the yard right away and put the irrigations system in within two weeks. We could not bne happier with this company. It has been one-stop shopping for mowing, fertilizing, mulch and irrigation, and has been very affordable as well.
