Description of Work: Roof leak from the 1000 year storm resulted in drywall needing to be patched and painted. 6x6 ft area in both ceiling and wall. Prompt initial reply. Repairman showed up the next morning. Problem area fixed over several days.(drying needed) Would certainly recommend and use Southern Coast Improvements in the future. Resonable price too.

Description of Work: install washer and laundry room. Very difficult to find someone to work in MB because of regulations and a high rise bldg. Also no one wanted a small job and back log of jobs. Tried all of the contractors on your list this was the only one available and willing to do it.

Description of Work: John was polite and very professional as were all his employees I came in contact with. His company tiled my kitchen floor as well as dry walling the wall that was to hold the backsplash. They also tiled the backsplash and made it look even when the reality was "different". He kept in contact with his employees during the entire process as well as making sight visits. I was pleased with the work done and thought the price was comparable for the work that was completed.
