Used him as my plumber under sink and garbage disposal. Had a huge leak that damaged my brand new kitchen cabinets and soaked the entire kitchen floor. Had to hire someone else to repair my new kitchen.

Did fix leaks, did do extra small jobs that Mom needed doing. Was friendly and helpful.

They were fine. They were very quick. They did good work. They were relatively good priced. I had no problems.

They were very professional, in fact, they thought they overcharged me because apparently there were issues with the toilet they brought but they did credit me back some money back. It went very well.

He did an excellent job, but his charge was not that great. He was reasonable and very quick to respond. They were here when they said they would be. I have already called them again to replace my water filtration unit.

It took several minutes to get hot water, but after the new tank was installed it took only a few seconds.

Everything went great and Shawn has always been there to help with any problelm. Have used Shawn for several years and always have been pleased.

I had bought a faucet as a worst case scenario. Turned out that the faucet could not be fixed. Shawn installed the faucet I bought and subtracted an Angie's List discount off the service without me asking. He was prompt and pleasant during the servicing.

Repaired, but did not replace sink stopper rod. Said nothing wrong with my toilets, although they still clog on occasion.

from the day i called and spoke to his wife, she was very helpful and understood what needed to be done and said she would set up a time that was convenient for me the next day. she told me what the hourly rate was and how that worked-only pay for actual time it takes to perform the work. she also called me back to inform me that there was a 10% discount on the labor and for me to print it out and give to her husband when he came to do the work. he was on time and called me to let me know he was on this way. he was very nice and told me he had been doing this since he was a young child with his father and their family business. he was very careful and neat and was very pleasant to work with. i would certainly recommend him to anyone i know that needs plumbing repairs. i called them today because there needs to be a slight adjustment on the one toilet which he is taking care of on thursday morning. i know that there would be no problem with him standing behind his work-that's just the type of person he is. i am very happy i called angie's list and got him as one of the recommended plumbers. i can't say enough good things about my whole experience with his company

The water heater blew out the top and sprayed everywhere. He got there fast with a replacement and took care of it efficiently. Mr. O'Neill is the best. He's provided service for our family many times over 10 years. VERY responsive, does excellent work, arrives quickly when it's an emergency, and promptly when it's a scheduled procedure. He's nice, honest, expert, and offers reasonable prices.

I called and the company was having a family emergency, so they could not perform services. Not a problem. Very nice and polite, but when asked if they could recommend another company, they could not. Was a bit disappointed in that aspect.

Discovered water leaking on the outside of the water heater on the Saturday morning just before the Christmas holidays. Had been planning to leave to go out of town that morning, but needed the problem resolved first. Very few companies were open that morning, except for O'Neill's. Shawn came to the house within a half hour of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the repair completed within a short time so that we could continue with our travel plans the same day. Shawn was very professional in all respects and completed a quality job at a very reasonable price.

I had recently had surgery to my toe, and was on pain meds at the time. Shawn arrived, helped clean up the mess from the leaking air conditioner drain that had leaked, moved and replaced the water heater, left a bill for the new water heater and his service.

the overall experience was there was no pressure from start to finish.
