+ -1 moreDo not use Rock Solid Creations. Will not stand behind their work!
Description of Work: Improperly installed granite counter tops in kitchen and wash room. Notified him that the granite had chipped edges and the backsplash didn't match counter top. The counter edges were uneven. He came back with sander and made the edges somewhat smooth but very uneven. Called him (Bob Salsbury) multiple times to redo this job and he will not return calls. Yesterday 5/16/14 the sink in the kitchen completely fell out of the cabinet. Again, I made multiple calls to him with no response therefore I will contact my attorney on Monday.

+ -1 moreRock solid did a good job installing our counters. There was an issue with a chip which they came back and repaired. Also, after acquiring a new stove we found an adjustment needed to be made to the granite around the stove area. They came back and repaired that as well. To me the mark of a good company is how they respond to unexpected problems. No complaint there. Communication (phone tag) was an issue at times though.
Description of Work: We had the counters in the kitchen and wet bar replaced with granite when renovating our condo.
