Rid-A-Roach, Myrtle Beach is an Excellent Company! Each and every employee we dealt with was extremely polite and knowledgeable: the Owner, Joanne, Office Manager, David, the Specialists and Technicians. We live in a multi-family condo complex, they took every call from us seriously and they determined we were not the source for German roaches that will spread quickly. They assisted in working with the HOA management company to get into adjacent units to check, found the source, sprayed all units and still did the super fog spray for us in our cabinets. They come every three months and they do like a yearly big thing where they inspect everything, in fact they're due to come out and they just called the other day. They are really good. They are usually on time and we didn't have any problems since we've been using them. We had ants coming in one time and they came right back and checked everything out. They responded to our call.

I have a contract with them. They came out four times at no charge just to get my pest problem under control. They are an awesome company.

I'm new in town. I asked the old owner of my new home for a recommendation for an exterminator. She gave me the name of Rid a Roach. I called them and they were able to schedule a visit the very next day. I told them I did not like spiders - they assured me when they were done that I would have no worries! The most thorough job I have EVERY seen from an exterminator service. They treated everything inside and out, including a detached garage. They will return quarterly. A family owned business. Very professional. Very friendly. Very effective. A great value. I highly recommend them.
