Description of Work: The agent priced our home right, took beautiful pictures of our home for their website and the MLS site and got us an offer we accepted in just 4 days! She was very professional, knowledgeable and energetic. A real go-getter!

The agent was very knowledgeable and pointed to issues within the home while I was viewing the homes in order to help me make informed decisions. At the end of viewing at least eight homes, I was very pleased with the agent's performance and knew I would keep this agent to represent me upon a purchase of a home.
Description of Work: The real estate agent took me to see several homes in South Carolina for me to view for future purchase.

+ -1 moreBarry has been in real estate in MB for a long time. He knows the market and what is good and bad about almost every house listed. He also knows most of the agents in the area and which ones price houses correctly to sell. When I was working , I was transferred 8 times around the US, so I've dealt with a number of real estate agents, The best listen to what you want and can afford and show you only those houses. The worst drag you to almost everything in the MLS. Barry's one of the best!!
Description of Work: We have been working with Barry Thigpen, as a buyer's agent, for years trying to find the best house for us in the Myrtle Beach area. We had some specific requirements that made Barry's job very difficult. He patiently kept us informed of what was available over time as our interest varied back and forth. He finally called and said "I think the right house for you is coming on the market." He sent us info and allowed us to register on his website so we could see the MLS listings. We didn't buy that house, but he knew of an estate situation that was not ready for showing. This is the house we bought a couple of days after it went on the market. I would recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy in the Myrtle Beach area. He also knows the best restaurants, too.
