+ -1 moreCalled for emergency....was there within an hour. Pouring rain and cold. Never complained. Serviced the system, and explained what he did and gave 2 options to have a comfortable home.
Description of Work: QA has done many jobs for me. They are always quick to get to you. On time for appointments. Provide great service and always explain in detail what you are facing.

+ -1 moreThe contract is good for 10 years. They always call and remind me they need to come which is good because I might forget. They are always neat and insist on putting booties on when coming into my house even though it is a wreck. I just think they are very nice.
Description of Work: I have an annual maintenance contract with Budget Heating and Air. They come and change the filter in the attic. They test the heat pump. They have cleaned the air ducts on occasion.

+ -1 moreThey are near me. I think I found them in the phone book. They have come out several times. They respond quickly. They are reasonable and they offer deals too. They are friendly good old boys. That's a rarity around here actually. We mostly get unfriendly good old boys here.
Description of Work: I use Budget Heating & Air Inc. for routine check-up and cleaning. I bought the system from them.
