From the initial call with Nick to the servicing by Logan, this company delivered beyond my expectations. Prompt, courteous, capable, clean and neat, helpful, responsive--I called for appointment and it happened within days; huge value for the price. I will use them again for this service, and much more. Have recommended already to three local friends.

Installed a new dryer vent behind dryer which should trap less lint. Cost was $99 plus $51 for a total of $150 waived if commit to use their service which cost $150 (no signed contract) which I paid. They come out every 2 years to clean vent.

The whole team from the estimators to the installers were all extremally polite and professional. They answered all of our questions, even ones we asked about things other companies told us we needed. I was very happy with them and we received two other estimates from competitors that were any where from $1,000 to $2,400 more. They cleaned up well afterwards and were punctual within the estimated time window.

Received a prompt call after logging my interest on Home Advisor. The gentleman was clear and offered next day service. The young man arrived exactly on time, did a thorough, efficient, professional job of cleaning our dryer vent both inside and outside. He was courteous and cleaned up beautifully afterward. The charge was exactly as quoted. Highly recommend, will likely call them again.

Their response on a Sunday evening and the day before a holiday was amazing. Our AC was repaired quickly and professionally. I had called another local company that we had used in the past and am still waiting for a return call 24 hours later even though they advertise 24 hr service.
