Prompt service, Cody arrived exactly the time promised. Repaired the garage door opener on the spot, had the part on the truck. Then patiently adjusted the travel of the door to my satisfaction to be even with the other door. He also did a quick adjustment on the second door to make it close reliably. Effective and efficient service from a very personable tech.

We called this company on a Saturday night at 8:00PM. Within a hour Mike called us to say he was 15 minutes away. He arrived wearing a face mask (for Covid19) and quickly assessed the problem. The repair was completed within the estimated time. Mike was thorough in his explanation and in his work. We are very pleased with the service we received.

My opener packed it in on a Sunday. Called Precision Monday morning and by 3 PM my 14 year old door had been reconditioned and a new opener installed. Couldn't be more pleased with not only the timeliness of the assistance but the quality as well. Highly recommended.

They did a great installation job! But, I had recently completed expoxy paint flooring surface that came out great but the mechanic smeared some dirty blackened feet marks on the floor plus black smeared finger marks all along the bottom of the garage door. There were also remnant grease marks from the new springs set on the floor prior to installation. No clean up attempts that I noticed!

It was so easy to arrange. I did an online chat, and was told that they could have someone at the house on the same day within a couple of hours. The tech, Michael, called and said he would be early. He came and performed a thorough check of all existing components, summarized for me what needed addressed, and gave me an accurate quote for the work. He installed a new opener with door sensors, a wired opener switch, two remotes and a keypad, along with new rollers and a new spring, in a little over two hours, and it all looked like it had been installed when the house was built. I've never had a garage door opener run so quietly. We're both very happy with the work.
