Description of Work: Needed a home inspection before I purchased a house. Clint was great. He took notes and pictures with his iPad and then emailed the final report. He also let me walk around with him during the inspection so he could point out issues. He showed me issues that needed to be addressed immediately and issues that be fixed later on.
