PMCS is a hands on company and the majority of work is done by the employees of the company, not a 2nd or 3rd party subcontrator. When an owner hires PMCS, the homeowner is hiring the individuals that will be doing the work. PMCS is a state licensed General Contractor, insured and provides a warranity for all work. PMCS also carries a business licence for Horry & Georgetown counties. Unless the project exceeds $5,000.00 or requires custom materials, normally a deposit is not required. Billings
