Kevin and his son Alex are top notch craftsmen, very reputable and have tremendous knowledge in the home building/projects area. We hired them back in August 2020 to install a storm door and screen in our upstairs porch. This time around they installed a brand new window in a second floor bathroom, installed sun blocking shades in our screened porch, fixed a roof over our garage that our builder did not secure properly, and fixed an outdoor shower door. They are perfectionists, always clean up after themselves, very easy to work with and we feel whenever they are working on a job for us we are in good hands. We have a few more projects we would like to have completed in our home within the next year and will definitely be hiring Performance Home Services, LLC to complete those jobs. Kevin and his son installed crown molding in several rooms throughout our house. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They kept us advised of the project as it moved along. They also replaced rotting wood from around a door frame on an exterior door and replaced it with something that will never rot. They will return again to install a ceiling fan. I canâ t say enough about what a good company they are, but as people they are just so kind and NICE. Thank you Kevin and Alex.

Kevin and his son installed breeze way windows in my screened porch. They completed the work very quickly. They were here when they said they would be and did a very neat and beautiful job. If you want a father and son team that are very professional, then I would whole heartedly recommend them. If I find myself needing other things done, I definitely will give them a call again.

I contacted Kevin on a Sunday afternoon about a porch re-screening project and he was able to come by the next day to assess the job and provide an estimate. He shows up when he says he will and is generous with his building knowledge and even fixed our crooked front door and added joist hangers to our first floor porch (for no charge) that the builder missed. We have a few other projects we have been putting off that we will now proceed in getting done since we found a hard working and reliable company that we can count on to do them right! I had a 10' x 20' Retractable awning that I wanted replaced with a permanent structure and I called to see if they were interested and they came out the same day. They did a great job replacing screens and lattice I my porch area. Very pleasant, professional and neat. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

Kevin and Alex came when they said and got right to work rescreening my back porch. They installed pet screen on the lower portion and regular screening on the upper part. They re price was about one half of what my other quote was from a national chain. So far I m very satisfied with the quality.

We liked him so much we hired him and his son Alex to screen in a part of our patio. They both worked well together and were very friendly and professional.
