Kevin was straight up from the beginning. He and his son Alex were both jewels to work with, easy going, professional, and meticulous in all they did. Pricing was very fair. There were several change orders as my wife and i decided to expand the scope of project as it was on-going. Let me emphasize that these change were made by my wife and I, not as surprise changes from Kevin. Each change was discussed in detail before it was made. Of course this added time and costs to the project, but when the project was finished it was on time and on budget. I will definitely call these folks next time i have a project.

Kevin and His Son did more than flooring in every room, they removed my old bathtub and updated a bathroom ð when doing the flooring they worked around many obstacles, to do the work right. Kevin also contacted Me on a regular basis and made improvement suggestions, while keeping under estimated budget Kevin is a Contractor, You can trust and easy to work with.

Reliable and do good work

I had leak coming from 2nd floor and after having a plumber come out twice unable to find/repair, I called Kevin and he was able to find the leak and repair. I have hired Kevin and Alex for various projects and their work has been excellent EVERY time!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any home services!

The company listened to what I was looking for and helped me with the process, including providing descriptions and pictures for HOA. We will be hiring him for additional work inside and outside of the house.

This company is an owner/operator company. Owner and his son do the work and they do it very well. I had an existing screened in patio that I wanted to add EZ breeze windows too. Out of three companies this company gave the best price AND the work was performed by the owner and his son. They also painted the concrete, which looks great. They did some handyman work for me as well. That is another service they offer at reasonable prices as well. Forget the rest, use this company. They do a lot of different work so be sure to give them a call.

Kevin and his son, Alex are true craftsman and can build almost anything. Our condo is older and they made our addition a work of art.

Kevin and his son Alex remodeled a Bathroom and Bedroom, as well as some other items...We had another contractor walk off the job and left us with a mess.. Our condo is older with rotting floors and uneven floors, as well as walls out of square from age. They did an exceptional job and we are extremely happy with their craftsmanship and their attitude ( they show up when they say they will and do what they say they are going to do).. We will be using them again ..

Kevin and his son Alex installed railings on our front porch steps. My daughter is disabled and I have difficulty going down steps without railings. Kevin was Vigilant and picking out a great design of railing that would accommodate us. He had detailed discussions with us in the placement of the railings. The color of the railings and the style are perfect for our home. Kevin and Alex then screened in our back porch. He took time to have multiple discussions with us on the placement of the sight line of the horizontal railing piece so I could sit on the porch and see the water that is behind our home and the best type of screening to use with the wind that we get being on a corner lot. Our screen and porch is beautiful. They did an excellent job. We have several interior jobs lined up with Kevin and his son and look forward to working with him again. We highly recommend him. He is diligent, honest, and does fantastic work.

Kevin and team are my handymen and they always provide the best service with such a quick turnaround. Everything from replacing faucets and evaluating refrigerator issues to replacing doors and hot water heaters. 10/10

Kevin and Alex are very professional, hardworking and honest business men. My floors were replaced the look amazing and the workmanship was great!! They put everything back as it was before they started and cleanup was immaculate.

Our contractor Kevin went above and beyond our expectations. He was hired to repair our balcony screens in our vacation condo which required him to deal with our HOA. Once access was granted, Kevin found safety concerns with the woodwork on our balcony. He continuously maintained contact with us and completed the repairs expeditiously. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and workmanship. His pricing was reasonable even completing the job below estimate. Performance Home Services will be our first contact for any future repairs and maintenance issues.

Kevin and Alex are consummate pros. What can I say that hasn't been said already? Another service did a horrible job mounting two TVs and had totally destroyed our walls in the process. Kevin and Alex came in, assessed the damage, repaired it and rehung the two TVs the way it should have been done in the first place. They are on time, reasonable and really nice guys to boot. All in all, the best experience we've had with any home pros in the Myrtle Beach area. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
