+ -1 moreFor a few years we employed Mike once a year and were pleased with his services and with his prices, which were reasonable. This year we called him to do his usual job. An appointment was made and he failed to show up. He did call and leave a message that something had come up with his son and that he would call to reschedule. When he didn't call for a couple of weeks we attempted to call him. He never answered his phone and we repeatedly left messages for him to call us. After another couple of weeks and not hearing from him, I finally got him on the phone and he claimed he had not returned our calls because he had been out of town. This was on a Saturday a.m., and he stated that he would call us back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Monday has come and gone, and we have not heard from him. He is unreliable and he doesn't keep his word.
Description of Work: Mike, the owner of Palmetto Power Wash, pressure washed our home, driveway and patio floor once a year for the past few years.

+ -1 moreI assume he was too busy to respond to a potential customer inquiry. If he did not need the work, then why not tell us. He was recommended by a neighbor. I am not sure we will call him again next time we need our house washed.
Description of Work: We contacted the man at this telephone number six times in an attempt to get a price to power wash our house. He did not return our calls. On one of our attempts, he answered the telephone and said he would call the next day to schedule a time to give us a quote. We never received that call.
