 + -1 moreMr. Paddy and his crew did a very professional job and he has returned on several occasions to check. I knew of Mr. Paddy from my previous position as an inspector with city zoning and knew of his outstanding reputation. Other contractors should line up to learn from him how to treat a customer.
Description of Work: removed 12x24 porch. replaced with heated room with shingled roof, cabinets, tile floor, heater/ac, five Pella Windows. Installed shutters on all windows, installed vinyl siding. Poured 24X24 concrete patio pad, upgraded landscaping to include sodding law, cutting overgrown was myrtle trees. Installed underground drain and placed river stones to create driveway.
