Came out & estimated the cost and confirm size of opening. Technician arrived on date that was set and did an excellent job on the install. He also went as far as to correct the electric eyes on the other doors that were install by the builder incorrectly. He also showed me how to maintain the doors and where to lubricate them. He was a five star tech. I would highly recommend them for any kind of service/install.

Took two grown neighbors to close the door for the night, it was so twisted. Overhead Door Co. was there the next day, gave me an estimate, with a Senior discount. I asked when they could do it. Beautifully done, 16 X 7 Haas Garage Door, all the rails, hardware, everything needed to function properly. Will be back sometime this week to install the window inserts that had to be ordered. Job was done in one afternoon by one technician.

The representative was prompt, professional and thorough. He repaired the broken springs on our garage door and also inspected and lubricated it. He even showed me how and when to maintain it in the future. I appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism. The only problem that we experienced was not what I would consider to be a deficit in their service as much as an inherently, occasionally unavoidable problem. This would be the fact that the representative came out on Friday, ready to do the work, only to find that he did not have the right size springs to replace the broken ones. In fact, I am glad that he didn't just make the wrong sized ones work. He immediately ordered the part and returned the very next day to do the repair, which he did quickly, completely and even cleaned up after himself. I like the fact that he went the extra step to show me how to maintain it.

Vacation home and neighbor backed in to the garage door doing damage to the door and tracks. Since no one was there they patched it up the day we called so no animals could get in the opening the accident caused and then went back a day later to do ALL repairs! Outstanding group to work especially since we were 500 miles away. Honest, quick to respond and great quality. Pretty good assets for a company if you are looking for one to do work on your garage door!

This company originally installed my garage door and opener. However, when I called for service, they were so backed up, I was told I would have to wait several weeks for a response. No way! I found another company who showed up the next day.

I bought this house about a year ago and noticed that while the garage door worked, it squeaked and screeched a good bit as well as left a gap on the left side at the floor. I later noticed the lift bracket at the top of the door had torn loose from the door and had been lifting the door on just two screws in the metal cross rail. The first technician from Overhead Door Company Of The Grand Strand misdiagnosed the problem of the door not closing completely as a broken lift spring. The replacement would have cost $464.00. The second technician who came to install the lift spring indicated the spring was not broken but just needed re-aligned. He then performed the above repairs and left a can of spray lubricant for the hinges and rollers - at cost of $123.00.

Estimated the job costs and suggested using a combination of Solar and Electric shutters for the home. Made several return trips to correct and fine-tune the system. As the location for the Solar Shutters proved to NOT power the system as good as expected - the Team performed an extraordinary effort to correct and fix all complications encountered. I will use them again as we expand the coverage and look forward to working with them again. This is a very professional group and we highly recommend their services in all aspects of their business.

Repaired my problem, diagnosed a worn part and replaced it prevented another service call. I'm certain the part need replacement since he showed it to me and I've seen this happen to other doors in the past. I'm not at all certain of the date. It may have been 2013.

He measured, layer each piece out. He did the job in an orderly fashion. I don't know the names of all the pieces. He explained to me what he was doing and how long it would take. Whe the door was done, it opened and closed quietly and the rubber around the bottom of the door sealed properly. He was a kind man and explained everything he was doing. We are extremely happy with the new garage door.

Returned my calls promptly, gave an estitmate over the phone. Came out to the site and measured confirming the phone estimate. Set a time for install and showed up when he was supposed to do so. Did an outstanding job. Highly recommend

The appointment was first thing in the morning. The tech was on time, professional and thorough. He replaced the rollers, adjusted the track, lubricated the hinges, repositioned and tightened the housing for the sensors and adjusted the height to which the door would rise. The service was fully explained and good tips provided on maintenance and the expected life of the door and the opener. The door now rolls smoothly, operates as it should, and is quieter.

The installer arrived when he said he would, his manner was very professional and the job was completed with no problems. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Grandchild had left toy under door causing it to jump track and break several rollers. Company responded in a timely fashion, by appointment, and made temporary repairs pending receipt of new parts. When parts were delievered, mechanic (SEAN) returned and installed new parts. The door is and old one and the new parts were slightly different from the original. This required slight, on-site modification of the parts which caused repair time to take approx 1 and a half hours longer to complete than normal. SEAN worked tirelessly, in a friendly, professional and competent fashion and completed the repairs as promised. There was no addition charge from the original estimate. I would reccommend this company, without reservation, to anyone requiring installation or repair of overhead garage doors

Service went very well. Will likely get him to come over once a year or two to oil the hinges and make sure our doors and remotes and lift motor are working well.

These guys were great. Called in the morning and a crew was there that afternoon. Gate opener had sporadic problems with not closing all the time. These people were experienced and knew the exact equipment on arrival. They got right to work and troubleshot the issue quickly. Then went about and repaired it. Very positive experience. Very polite,honest, thorough and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend them or call them back for other problems.

They were very good. We talked about alternatives to repairing my doors instead replacing them. I have a double car garage with two doors and had to replace both of them because of our home owners association. Our doors have to match. The other thing that was really good was they had the color to match my house so I did not have to paint. They were installed in one day. The installer was very meticulous and did a very good job.
