 + 2 moreLloyd is very conscientious, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived promptly and did great quality work, was very efficient and gave us a reasonable price. We were very happy with the finished product and have had no leaks since his repair. I keep a list of workers that I wouldn't hesitate calling. Lloyd and New Systems Siding Specialists is right there at the top of the list.
Description of Work: Had a water leak above our dining room window. The following services were performed to correct the problem: 1. Removed 22' gutter from rear garage and installed when work complete.. 2. Removed siding around window to the left of front entry and from wall area above 3. Removed and replaced 1 pc of foam wall sheathing. 4. Flash taped window and installed tyvek paper on wall above. 5. Installed new step flashing with bottom pc directing water to the outside of siding. 6. Replaced shingles that were up to 1.25" away from wall. 7. Installed siding back in place. 8. Cleaned up and removed debris.

 + 1 moreWe never had to worried about the work being done. Mr Cobain would give us an estimate explaining the most cost effective way to do the job, and trust me he knows. Then he would get all the necessary permits so I didn't have to worry about the job being torn out later as could have happened without proper inspections. Then, they set a start date and completed the work as scheduled. The smallest detail with everything was always taken care of, like the nail heads being painted black to match the new house numbers when the garage door header was replaced. Even my perfectionist self would not thought of that. When the hurricane shutters were installed I asked the Horry County Inspector if she needed to see the shutters which are required to be on site. She told me I am sure they are here, as I have never had to fail New Systems since I've worked for the County. That convinced me to use them again and again. She was right every job was done in a professional manner. As far as I'm concerned you can go with the best New Systems Remodeling or you can suffer with the rest.
Description of Work: We have used New Systems Remodeling many times and would not consider using another Company. Lloyd Cobain and his crew are all very punctual, careful and perform a high quality work with the best materials. We've used them for small jobs like repairing windows, screens, hanging blinds and installing hurricane protection. They have also tackled larger jobs like replacing the garage door header and siding, and removing a sliding glass door and reframing so a double french door could be installed. New Systems Remodeling has also replacing windows that needed to be reframed because that size window was no longer available. Now our older home is like new again and we didn't even have to move.
