Description of Work: Had a new roof put on, then had a leak. Called the contractor who put on the roof who told me we needed a cricket and quoted me $4300 for it. I called 3 more roofing companies and Nance called back. They went up and looked at the roof, nailed down some loose shingles and caulked around some flashing. No more leak. Nance charged us $200 for the repair. I’ll only use Nance for future roof work.
