Myrtle Beach Rental Connections

Horrible company the owner is Ken is so rude!! We rent a home and they manage it. Our shower doors falling apart and its taken them two months and its still not fixed! We pay a good amount for rent. My husband asked him for the owners number so we could personally talk to him and let him know whats gone on. Ken said he would evict us if we called the owner. Were great renters always paying ahead of time and keep the home beautiful. I have a baby and have to keep the bathroom door shut because i dont want the glass door to fall on him. Explained this to Ken he says its still a useable bathroom and they will get to it when they get to it!!! Very unprofesional.

Horrible. Ken the owner of the company is so rude and unprofessional! We have a glass shower door that could fall at any time. I have a one year old so i keep the door closed. We haven't been able to use the bathroom for two months now. Ive been back and forth on the pnone and Ken tells me next week every time or never anwsers my calls. My husband called him and he said the bathrooms still usable and he will get to it when he gets to it!! My husband then asked for the owners number so we can call him and explain whats gone on. Ken them said if we call the owner he will evict us! We cant wait for our lease to be up just because this company has been so horrible to us! They have had a lot of people quit that worked for there company. Everytime i go over there the last person i worked with left!! Extremely unprofisional! I rent out a place and have a managment company doing it too. If i knew i was paying a company to treat my good renters like this id be horrified! We are great renters too always paying rent ahead of time and keeping the place beautiful.
