Description of Work: they were supposed to be dropping off new gutters about a week ago. they did not show up or call so when i called them they told me today that the amount that the estimate they gave me was too low, and would not be able to do the work. I had already signed a contract with the company to comense work, so this was a surprise to me.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in providing a quote and kept me informed of there arrival time prior to the appointment. I asked them to call me back in two weeks, they did. They provided a picture of the gutter guard so I could compare other quotes. During installation they covered my security camera but corrected it and made adjustments. Good job overall.

+ -1 moreTom was great to work with. He orginally came out and gave me a quote in February. He was very responsive and at my house within a week to provide the estimate. When I had to replace my heat pump at about that time, he was willing to discuss less expensive options with repairing my existing gutters. Ultimately we just put the whole project off, but when I called him in May he knew who I was and was VERY responsive in saying he would review my file and get back to me. He called the next day to get the job scheduled. The two guys who came to install did a fantastic job. They were professional and did a nice job cleaning up debris. They also discussed issues found with my roof when they were up there providing me with some much needed information.
Description of Work: Removed old gutters and installed seamless gutters with gutter guard.

Rain was forecast the day of the install and Tom called to say it would be best to reschedule. As the rain didn't arrive as predicted by the weather service, he called to say he was able to come out that afternoon and worked with me to do so at a time that my schedule could accommodate. The gentlemen installing the gutters were extremely professional and neat, taking care not to disturb my neighbor'd yards. He was also able to provide estimates for 3 of my neighbors while he was here. All in all a great experience

The product Tom installed to replace the wood required multiple coats; Tom coordinated the applications to coincide with the weather. I would recommend Tom to anyone who wants a clean, professional job for a very fair price. Tom is nice and and enthusiastic about his work!

Description of Work: Called on Thursday, May 23rd. Needed an estimate for gutter/downspout replacement. Tom (owner) came out the next day and provided a very affordable price and explained what changes needed to be made. They were out on Monday, May 25th to remove and replace all of the old gutter/downspouts with a couple of additional downspouts as well.
