Great job. All new gutters and drains are fantastic.

This job was professionally handled. The company and I agreed to do it in January, but not a specific date. One day, I received a call that they were on their way. I would have appreciated a little more notice but it worked out ok. The tech was very polite and kind and actually went on the screened porch roof to check a gutter behind the porch that was causing a leak. He called promptly to let me know what he had found. When I bought the gutter cleaning deal for $99, I didn't realize there would be an extra charge of $80.00 for dealing with the gutter covers - my error because I hadn't read the fine print. I would deal with this company again.

I GAVE THEM A CODE TO GET INTO MY SUBDIVISION TO DO THE JOB AND I AM STILL WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2015. CALLED 2/29/16 AND THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD GET THE JOB DONE IMMEDIATELY SINCE IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG AND AS OF TODAY, 3/9/16 JOB IS STILL NOT DONE. AWFUL COMPANY.

It took months for this work to be completed because the color of the gutters and downspouts I picked was a special order with a long lead time. They offered to change the color to a close standard color but I held out for the best color match. Samantha was great to talk to through all the delays from the manufacturer of the gutters and downspouts The materials finally arrived and the work was completed immediately. The person that gave me the quote advised I would have overflow the way I wanted the gutters installed, but we just had a downpour and there was no overflow at all. I am very happy with the color and the quality of the installation. Everything looks excellent. Thank you Gutter Tech

They called and said they would be at the house in 30 minutes. which would have made it 10 am. I didn't even know they were coming because I had not set up an appointment with the company yet, but I was home anyway so it was fine. The two young men who did the job were Andy and Jason. They were very polite and professional. Andy had suggested putting gutter guards on to help keep the gutters clear of debris. He showed me the new kind that they are now using and I was impressed. They were smoother than the old type that were on the gutters previously. I had those removed last year. I will use their services again.

Tom and his crew properly diagnosed an existing problem with two doors that were leaking as a result of not being hung properly by another contractor. Tom took the doors down, flashed under the opening, and rehung the doors. The doors never leaked again! This was the second time we've used Tom and his crew. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy.. Being a real estate agent, I recommend Tom to clients and other agents who need windows, doors, and gutters. Tom has earned my complete trust by providing outstanding results!

A team of two young men arrived around 10:30 and worked diligently until around 5:30. They were polite, cleaned up any scraps of metal etc. and extremely professional. From all outward appearances of the gutters they did an excellent job. Just waiting to see how the gutters perform next time we have rain.

It was fine. They got the gutters clean but it did take them a long time to get out there after scheduling. They didn't keep up with me. If they had contacted me or like I think one time I called them to see them about when they were coming and I had to call them again and they didn't return my message and I tried to call them the following day. My husband was there but I think I think they were there right on time.

This is such a good deal until they are backed up 3 weeks. I called to follow up and he had lost my phone number. Then we went through various days where it rained some in the morning and some in other afternoons so it took quite a while to get my job done because understandably, they don't work in the rain.

They did a good job, employees were polite.

Paid up front thro'gh Angie's List offer. After several postponements, provider finally got here to measure. He immediately tried to up-sell me to 6' rain gutter instead of 5" rain gutters. When I pointed out that 6" gutters are specified in the deal, he got all quiet but still tried to upsell me to replace the gutters that were not bad. We agreed to an extra $190 downspouts and I signed the estimate/contract. That was the last I heard from the until today, Oct.9. Their ecuse was that we had a hurricane (we did not) and lots of rain (we did). I said I contracted for the rain gutters because I wanted them up before the next big storm. That August 24 to the end of Sept. with no work done was unacceptable. He told me to call Angie's List for a refund, which I did. I think a month an a half is plenty of time to replace 50' of rain gutter.

No work has been performed-- it's been nearly 6 wks. No one has called, nothing.

1. Scheduling (stated dates wavered) was a bit disappointing but eventually things fell into place. 2. Once arrived crew seemed professional and work quality/efficiency was great.

Owner promptly returned our phone call - discussed what we wanted. Owner explained that they were very busy but reps should be out soon to examine our house, meet with us to take measurements, etc., prior to installation. They were here either that same day or within a couple days! Now that's service! My husband met with them, they walked around the house, they provided a quote and said they would probably be able to get to us in a couple weeks. Someone would be in touch to arrange a date. In approx. 3 weeks the team of 3 very professional men arrived. The installation was completed in 1 1/2 hours and NO TRACE of anything was left behind, no scraps, no screws. The installation was perfect with no complaints. We've had one very hard rain since then, and everything is perfect. The reps are very pleasant to talk with, very professional and even patted the dog! We would without any hesitation recommend this company.

Took a little longer to get on the schedule and get the work done than originally planned, but all in all they were very professional, kept me informed, and did the work on time once a date was set. Workers were professional, courteous, and very efficient. Very pleased with the end result.

Crew showed up on time . Wasted no time at all. Cleaned gutters and inspected them . cleaned up the job and left. Foreman answered all my questions and the foreman and crew were very polite and curtious.

Excellent job - will have them back to repeat next spring.

Once they arrived and started working, every thing went well. They removed the old gutters. installed the flashing and new gutters. I'm not making a big deal of this, but when the estimate was given, I though it included the flashing over the gutter that kept debris out, but it didn't. Since I didn't receive a written estimate, I would strongly suggest that the customer demand one if one is not given.

Estimate was done quickly and the job started when promised. Anthony and Daniel did the installation. They were profession and efficient and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. They were great about answering any questions I had and made a few minor changes at my request. They cleaned up the entire area after completing the work. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Tom arrived on time for the estimate appt. That told me this may be a quality company. Tom made suggestions regarding design and pointed the best way to get the water away from the house. He told me it would be about 2 weeks before he could start, weather depending. One day after the rainiest two weeks in memory, he called back and said he would be there tomorrow - was just finishing up a job and would need to get it finished in the morning. He called back a bit later in the afternoon and asked in if he could make it Tuesday morning; if not convenient for me he would have the crew at our house that afternoon a bit later than he planned and they would work until finished. I agreed on doing it the next day. The team came when scheduled almost to the minute, finished up quickly, operated with respect to the neighbors, keeping their trucks parked without blocking traffic. I watched two other companies do houses in my neighborhood and based on their behavior rejected them as possible contractors. Both left several sharp aluminum scraps, and cardboard in the streets, they were disorganized, and took twice the time to do half the work that Gutter Techs did. These guys are Top of the Heap!

They provided gutters for the front and back of the house.

We had a little trouble scheduling in the beginning, but once we got on track he was wonderful to work with. He was prompt and did a really nice job. Certainly knows what he's doing. I would be happy to use him again.

Called day in advance. Arrived on-time. Trouble free one day installation. Cleaned up all extra metal and scrap. Very professional job.
