We had a great experience with Monarch. The office manager, Yulia, was able to set up a consultation with George within days of contacting Monarch Solar. George helped us determine the size of system that was right for us and set up financing. We are very satisfied with our 12kw system. It took a couple months from the time we signed a contract for the materials to arrive and get us on the schedule, but installation went smoothly and was very professional. Nathan and his crew were great about picking up roofing nails from the driveway and yard. In the 7 months that we’ve had the system, we’ve already enjoyed three months of having no electric bill (besides the member fee that is charged to all Horry Electric users). Nathan has also been helpful anytime we’ve had questions about the system or the tracking app. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
