called on 10/6 they said someone would be out this week, called back on 10/12/2015 they said they were backed up and it would be 2 to 3 weeks until they could get to me. they should have told me that up front not when I call back a week later, lack of communication, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!?????????

This company is fantastic. First of all, the men who do the consultations are wonderful. Their names are Mike and Kyle. The office lady is real nice, too. Her name is Karen. Mike and Kyle are both extremely polite and friendly and they show up on time when they say they will come. They don't leave you hanging and wondering. They were both well groomed and look like they are serious businessmen. Mike climbed right up and looked around and found two soft spots and he even said I could get 2 more years out of the roof if I did some repairs. but I decided to do the whole roof over. There was no high pressure involved. The cost was less than I expected. The team of workers are very hard working men. They are diligent and they get right to work. They work non stop until they are finished. It was a no-nonsense group of men. I was very impressed with the whole operation. Today it poured rain and I have no leaks. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They do a great clean up as well. I highly recommend this company.

Monarch's representative was very professional. Before meeting with us, he had priced out various options. He had estimated the materials needed by using statelite images of our house. When he first came to our home, he spent time on our rather steep roof and assessed the condition. He was able to confirm hail damage which allowed us to file a home owner's insurance claim. He even came back and met with the insurance claims examiner when they examined the roof. His advice really helped us in filing the claim. Within a week of the insurance company's OK our new roof was scheduled. It was delayed a few days due the weather which was understandable. When the crew arrived they were excellent. They worked a 12 hour day starting a 7:30AM. It only took two days and we had a new roof and lots of compliments from our neighbors. The crew of about 8 worked hard and knew their job. At completion they cleaned our property better than it was when they arrived. They raked even using a magnetic rake to find stray nails. The cleaned the rain gutters and walkways and driveway. They even replaced patio furniture where it belonged. We highly recommend Monarch Roofing.

The company was very professional and excellent to work with. They sent pictures of all work in progress, which helped me keep up with the project. I am located 440 miles away from the house, and the photos helped me to understand what was going on. Martin also called and informed me when something was delayed or any other information. I felt like the company was very professional in its approach and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs attention to their roofing needs.

Crews were on time as promised, and completed on time.

Job started and completed as scheduled.
