Description of Work: I had to erase everything that he worked on previously. I wanted you all to know that he put in a tankless water heater he did the plumbing he did the electric he went upstairs in the attic and drained the original one. He was studying two days satisfactory work. Brody is awesome You should hire him like I said he is trustworthy I leave him in my house to do the work when I'm at work he never touches a thing this guy is worth every penny he asked for.

+ 0 moreThis job went perfect. I fix and flip a lot of homes across the country and therefore have met my share of terrible contractors. Brody was quite the opposite. He is an extremely nice guy and does what he says he will do. We agreed on a very fair price and he even threw in some extras. He always showed up on time and had a great crew of guys. Most importantly, he finished the job quickly with no issues. I’m looking forward to working with him again

+ -1 moreBrody was wonderful. He went above and beyond what was expected. We are older and couldn’t move the furniture out of the bedrooms, so he removed the furniture, removed the carpeting from the three bedrooms, put down the new floors, cleaned them and returned the furniture to each room. He also did a wonderful job painting our doors inside and out and painting our archways. He was always on time, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns . I would highly recommend Middleton Coastal Home Investments for any home project or repairs.
