They went under new management, and when they did so, destroyed customer's keys that were not labelled with an address. My key was one of these keys. To replace the high security key they had on file for me would cost $17.00. I have been contacting them in an effort to figure out the situation and have them cover the cost to replace the key. They will not get in touch with me.

The woman came and dusted everything- but it only took her 20 minutes. It was not a thorough job. I had to go back and clean everything up by myself.

arrived very late, never scrubbed anything leaving soap scum in shower, etc, mopped without a wet mop and did not change beds. that would have cost more too. One girl came the last time we had them and she left in under 2 hours. I can't or never could clean the house in that time and do it right.

Description of Work: They were to clean the house but really only did a swiffer job and did not use but one cleaner it seemed. Arrived on their time (very late as we had specified a time and day on the contract), Never got the mop wet only used spray cleaner and dry mop. I could go on but Just want you to know that we did not get the linens changed for that price either.

I had never used any sort of housekeeping service before, but my schedule at work was really crazy and I really needed a little help. I did my reasearch and decided Merry Maids offered what I was looking for. I contacted the company three times and left messages for someone to contact me and give me an estimate, I guess that should have sent up warning flags.. After the third call, I received a call back from the manager who scheduled an appointment to come out and see my home. She arrived and toured the home, taking a page full of notes (i.e. where the cleaning supplies are located, the type of cleanser used on my ceramic stovetop etc.) and any special notes or instructions I wanted shared with the person who would be doing the cleaning. She gave me an estimate, I signed a 6 month contract and gave her a key. She informed me my service will start the following week and that she will call me with the exact day I will be scheduled. More than a week and half later I contacted the manager because I not heard from her nor had anyone been to the house. She scheduled someone for the following week which was supposed to be a deep clean. I get home after the deep clean and the house is just okay. Some things were dusted, some were not, the linens were not changed and the floor had not really been mopped. It was just all around average, but I thought I would give them another week since we were all just getting used to each other. The following week I noted a much greater attention to detail and the week after that we were back to not so great service. I contacted the manager and told her about the disparity. She completely dismissed my concern and treated me as if I were an annoyance. She informed me different people had been in the house (which I had been told wouldn't happen), so I told her which I preferred and she said she would try to assign that person to my house as much as possible. That was the last I heard from the manager. Over a 6 month period she didn't contact me a single time to see if my issues were resolved, if we were receiving satisfactory service or to notify me my contract was approaching it's expiration date. Come to find out she also didn't share any of the notes from my interview with her staff either. I arranged to come home early one day to meet the young lady doing the work and re-explain everything I had shared with the manager in my initial interview. Once the young lady had that information, she tailored her service to my needs and did a good job. It's too bad she had to work so long with no guidance because the manager didn't do her job. I received a phone call from the manager late on a Monday afternoon telling me my contract had expired the PREVIOUS Tuesday and asking if I was renewing. As she called my office and it was late Monday, I didn't get her message until Tuesday morning. I contacted her and informed her I was not renewing my contract and thanked her for her time. She then tells me if I want to cancel that days cleaning there will be a $40.00 late charge (remember, my contract expired a week ago). As my contract had expired, I didn't understand why I was on the schedule at all and, as she didn't contact me until approximately 24 hours before, how was I supposed to give 48 hours notice? The service is okay, but this is one of the poorest managed companies I have ever worked with.
Description of Work: I contracted for a weekly housekeeping service which included changing the linens, sanitizing the bathrooms, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning the microwave and stove-top.

They provided same day service, so their responsiveness was very good. Two people came and worked for three and a half hours. During that time they both took extended personal phone calls. Unfortunately, many areas they reported they cleaned we went back over and found a lot of dirt left or areas missed, therefore the quality of the work was marginal.
Description of Work: Cleaning of baseboards, mini-blinds, cabinet and drawer interiors, general cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms.

They were very responsive and sent someone out at the last minute, but it took me working WITH the person they sent out an entire day to do the job. She was good, but didn't have a strategy. Apparently they commonly go in and "pick up" after people rather than doing a deep clean, which I wanted. I felt I had to supervise and recheck work. Perhaps it was my expectation. She worked the entire time only taking a short break, worked well with me and when I suggested redoing something, she had no problem with that.

We had used this company for a few months. The first cleaning that they had done was expensive, but we had just had work done in the house and it was really dusty. As the weeks went past with their services, it started to deteriorate. We wound up having to let them go. They started off strong but once they got comfortable, the service got worse. The girls would yell and curse at each other in the house. They even didn't show up for a cleaning appointment. Spend your money elsewhere.

Awesome. We called for an estimate, they came very quickly and provided the service on the specified time and date. Rentals are not easy to manage and knowing the home is now in the profile makes it easier for others to use as well. Great job on their part on meeting our needs, cleaning the home expertly and providing a great response and service together. Customer service 101%. Great job.
Description of Work: This group was responsive for cleaning a beach home rental at a reasonable price. She arrived for the estimate early and was very supportive on the time constraints. I was most impressed with their professionalism and cleaning expertise. They added another person to the team just to make sure we made the time of checking out prior to another checking in. It was great.
