+ -1 moreHe suggested design features and incorporated them into plans. Designed a beautiful, stylish and functional kitchen with everything my wife and I wanted. Consistently showed up as scheduled during planning and design stage. Arranged for all subcontractors to be here at the same time to review plans, see what had to be done and ask questions prior to submitting bids. Submitted bid that was 15% lower than any other contractor and furnished contacts for reviews with homeowners for whom he had done work. Work was completed as scheduled and on time. To put it mildly we would highly recommend Mr. McKenzie and his team.
Description of Work: Removed gas fireplace, removed hardwood flooring in family room, kitchen and hallway, installed new hardwood flooring, installed new electical and plumbing, built and installed custom kitchen cabinets, installed custom granite countertops, installed new appliances, sheetrocked where necessary and painted family room, kitchen and hallway.
