With a sunny attitude Foster produced a bid promptly, completed the work on time and while we were away on vacation, made the small changes we asked for, and produced a high quality of work. He also offered to come back at any time if there was a problem with anything.
Description of Work: Sanded and painted two sides of house, Replaced rotted trim outside painted kitchen, added trim tiles in kitchen, painted dining room Insulate sun porch: removed interior walls and ceiling, added insulation, replaced walls and painted, replaced door, add heat vent from furnace, sanded kitchen island.
