Description of Work: I contacted them as a referral from my neighbor. Said he would come by and when he didn't told me he had forgot the date. Set another date and he did come by. We discussed what we wanted done and then said a date for him to come by and give us a price. When he did not come on by I texted him and he said he was busy and would come the next day. I never heard from him again. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
